Today the Witman Lab embarked on another early summer on the sea exploring Cashes Ledge in the Gulf of Maine. Stay tuned as we document the unique flora and fauna of this underwater playground of kelp and cod!  Fiona and Jon stand in front of the Plan B, a research vessel provided and operated by the Waitt Foundation for diving in the cold waters 100 miles offshore.
